No surprise invoice

We will never turn a card on automatically. If pricing starts, you choose to pay or you don't — your account doesn't get held hostage either way.

30 days' notice, minimum

If your plan changes, you hear it from us a month ahead, by email, with the number in it.

Beta teams keep beta terms

Companies that ran on imagine during the beta get grandfathered pricing. You took the risk early; that should be worth something.

Your data leaves with you

Full export of threads, messages and files on request, at any time, free. No retention hostage, no exit fee.

The questions people actually ask

Why is it free? What's the catch?

We run our own company on imagine — HODO's operations have gone through it since April 2026. The beta is free because your real usage is what makes the product good, and that is worth more to us right now than your subscription. The catch, such as it is: we're a beta, so things move, and we don't hold SOC 2 yet.

Will you train models on my company's data?

No. Your threads, email and messages are not used to train any model — ours or a provider's. The full detail is on the Security & data section of the home page and in our privacy notice.

What happens to my workspace when the beta ends?

It stays. You'll get at least 30 days' notice and a choice: move to a paid plan on grandfathered beta terms, drop to the free tier, or export everything and leave. Nothing is deleted because you didn't pay.

Is there a limit on messages or agents during the beta?

No published cap. There are abuse limits — if one account starts costing more than every other account combined, we'll call you and work it out rather than cutting you off silently.

Do I need a card to start?

No. There is no card field anywhere in signup. You can also try it on this site with no account at all.
